I want to encode video not in Adobe Media Encoder, but in MeGui.
How to transfer a project from Adobe Premiere to MeGui?
There is an option to output to files without compression, and only then to MeGui, but ... When rendering in avi format without compression, files are obtained under 100gb, this is too much.
What options are there or what is the minimum compression to apply?
I will render in h.264 , 720x576

Although this is highly undesirable, you can reap in h264 with an overestimated bitrate (2-3 times).
Usually editors use MOV with alpha channel.
Alternatively, you can use a PNG sequence.
