How to output 2 vectors filled with random numbers but fulfilling the conditions?

You need to output 2 vectors. Each has 12 elements. The sum of the elements of each vector is 1000. The numbers must be integers, lie in the range from 50 to 100. In this case, the corresponding element of vector A must not differ from the corresponding element of vector B by more or less than 2.5 times.
Need a code. Preferably in Mathcad.
