How to organize work with warehouse data?

Good afternoon, I ask for help here, because Google could not help with anything. In programming, I don’t understand anything yet, the level is slightly higher than the hallowworlder. I ran into one interesting problem at work that does not go out of my head, namely, operational work with data arrays. I will give a small example to better convey the essence. I have 2 warehouses and 10 boxes, each box has a number of properties (name of cargo, number, weight, etc.). It is necessary to create a program (I will not do it, but the concept was assigned to me), in which I could quickly create storage places (warehouses), move boxes (from warehouse 1 to warehouse 2), change the properties of these boxes, add new arrivals and delete sent. Can you explain what C++ knowledge is required for this and how complex this project is? Actually, where to begin? Thank you.

  1. write business requirements for the system
But in general, take 1C and do not reinvent the wheel.

The task is ideal for solving in 1C.

In general, this can be called "operational accounting, warehouse".
And this is not exactly working with data...
For a start, it is worth describing and understanding the processes in detail....
p/s/ Well, a few "children's rakes":
1. 3 transflucators came with a total price of 100 rubles. how much will each of them?
2. 3 barrels of oil came, and sometimes liters, sometimes kilograms are released ...
Well, moving to the warehouse, if the warehouses are far from each other: they ALREADY took it here, and they will arrive there tomorrow
