How to organize the transfer of users to another AD?

Hello!
There are 2 domains (# kop.ru and hop.ru on server 2003 r2)
in the kop domain there are, say, 100 accounts (cars and users), in the hop domain 50 accounts (cars and users)
Is it possible to move 100 accounts from the kop domain to hop domain so that Sid's accounts are the same.
If so, how?

You can transfer accounts to another domain, but the SIDs will be uniquely different, because. they are domain specific. However, there is such a thing as SID history, so all the rights and permissions of the account will remain the same.
