How to organize the transfer of the dialogue from the bot to the "support"?

Actually, the task is as follows:
There is a bot (working at least on the web and telegram) that:

  • classifies the user's request (how exactly is not important here)
  • if the probability of matching one of the classes is estimated high enough - gives the appropriate answer
  • if not, you need to somehow transfer the dialogue to a person

Accordingly, ideas on what to do with it
  • collect contact details and transfer them and the past "dialogue". However, I would not want to - why does the user need an extra visible transition?
  • perhaps - to use for this purpose any "online consultant". Again - since it should work and not in a web page - you have to cycle (or am I mistaken?). However, it is possible - to cycle less than in the next option
  • send all the data to the support in some messenger (yes, take at least telegrams and take id chats of employees from the pool) and act as a communication channel.

And, accordingly - the question is - how to do it with the smallest bicycle building? Maybe there are ready-made solutions?

You open a session with support, in which the bot will first transmit all messages, and then it will work as a relay. How to implement it, decide for yourself, the most convenient option is probably on the web.
