How to organize the storage of personal information (accounts, calendars, subscriptions, etc.)?

Hello! For some time I have been thinking about creating a diagram of all my accounts, calendars and other personal “entities”, since this information is no longer kept in my head. Lots of e-mails, accounts, banking products, virtual plastic cards, etc. My head is already spinning from all this. If keepass helped to figure out the passwords, then I have not yet found a clear answer with the structure of all this junk. I tend to draw the diagram in Visio, but here cross-platform issues arise. I would like to be able to open the scheme from a smartphone. In general, your experience and developments are interesting, share who has what!

try https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind_map
didn’t work for me personally, but for many it’s the other way around.
programs with the implementation of this idea are also enough - including cross-platform

I decided to store all entities in KeePass. (More precisely, now I'm using a fork of KeePassXC.) There is a fairly flexible structure, you can add your own fields, attach files, etc. Bank cards, SIM cards, various subscriptions, etc. feel very good there. The built-in expiration date can be used to remind you to renew a service.
Hint. It is not necessary to store all entities in one database. Non-sensitive information can be stored in a separate database without a password, or with a simple password for easier access.

Everything is on an encrypted disk in the form of
calendar files - crontab with a telegram bot.
