How to organize the storage of a large number of bookmarks?

I currently use atavi.com, I like how it makes screenshots of sites (it's easier for me to preview which site), it's a pity that this is not in the raindrop. But there are no labels in atavi and therefore it is inconvenient to search.
Share your experience of storing and organizing bookmarks in the browser.

In the new Opera, SpeedDial was crossed with bookmarks - now it's the same thing: bookmarks can be displayed both as a list and as a preview. It is possible to choose what will be in the preview (screen, screen with scaling, any picture from the page or domain name) + synchronization. It's better to watch the Developer version right away.
