How to organize the sale of accounts on the site?

On it, you need to sell accounts with payment in Yandex.Checkout (because there is a link to the account of a legal entity).
At the same time, you need to make confirmations by phone number (not by mail, this is important).
How to build an algorithm correctly?
It’s like in my head:
1) The person selects the account status light - pro, presses OK
2) He is transferred to confirm the phone by SMS
3) Then he goes to Payment in Yandex Checkout
4) If the payment is successful, then he is transferred to his personal account and he fills in the data (name, surname, mail)
5) Presses the confirm button and an account is created.
And here is the question:
Is what I described feasible and is this algorithm correct?
The service itself is in Django.

IHMO it's better to do free registration with paid activations.
That is, the user immediately registers with confirmation by SMS, gets access to the personal account.
And you can use all the functions only after payment.
The account must be created immediately after confirmation by SMS. In this case, if the user does not return to the site after payment, nothing bad will happen.
