Given : a site on which it is planned to provide services related to receiving payment from some users and paying remuneration to others.
Question : what services allow to solve this problem? There are a lot of options for obtaining funds. What about user rewards?

• The site is just being born - attendance and the number of transactions at first will be very modest;
• It is expected to have an API service for integration with a personal account on the site

I really liked paysio , but a month ago they announced the closure of the service. here . I am now looking for one like this.
