How to organize the parsing of RSS feeds of sites?

Given: a site on Wordpress, sharpened as an aggregator.
Find: parsing the titles of certain sites (possible through RSS), ideally to pull up the favicon.
We need to specifically output headings, and not add materials to the site itself. An example of such a parser on the.tj, for example.

write yourself, rss = xml, parse and add to the database as you like.

That's just the point, I'm looking for a ready-made solution (if there is one), I can't figure it out myself.
