How to organize the company's documentation base?

I work in a small provincial IT company. There are clients for IT outsourcing (technological maps of computers, local networks, as well as office location maps) and clients for site maintenance (site data, site map, etc.). And of course, customized processes for servicing all this.
All this is stored in dropbox in folders in the MOffice format.
We are looking for a service that will allow us to structure all this. If so?

It's probably better to choose a CMS that is familiar and pleasant for your company, and already tie Wiki to it.
