Good afternoon!
There are 2 conventional plasma/LCD TVs with a set of standard VGA/Hdmi inputs and no technology support. In other words, ancient.
There was a need to broadcast on them the broadcast of one TV channel (RBC in particular, from the site) and from time to time to take breaks for advertising. Advertising implies its own video clips, or the display of static images (you can at least video clips).
Can you please tell me how this can be properly organized?
