How to organize the ability to add a label (marker / point) to the map for the user?

Hello!
I need to add a map to the site, to which the user had the opportunity to add a label.
I found the phpnt/yandex-map widget, but the problem is that I don't know how to take point coordinates from maps.
I also read the documentation for Yandex.maps, I didn’t find anything there that would help solve this problem, but maybe I missed something there.
Please let me know if anyone else has come across this issue.
