How to organize such a network?

Topic question and cry at the same time. The designer, not really understanding the meaning of grids in design, just used guides for everything. L4Akgwwil63JAq.jpg
How to organize it correctly , without crutches? Has anyone encountered a similar 4-column gap?
I use it in Foundation projects, it won’t be able to do this with its grid, and I don’t want to write my own blocks a la "columns" Foundation.
Sorry for the possibly excessive bile, but designers, know that there is a column, and what are the gaps between them and where you can and cannot shove content.

@LazyProger

These are just guides that show the width of some blocks, and in some places show indentation, for some standardization.
Many designers just stick it anywhere and I don’t even know why they need it. ctrl+h and don't worry
