How to organize software sales?

How to enter the market with a software product?
Suppose I and a few other people decide to write software for the market. Whether the market will accept it or not, we do not know. The product is already 90% ready, but we do not know how to start selling it.
1. If you start selling software as an individual, there may be problems with firms. Can they transfer money to private wallets at all?
2. To open an individual entrepreneur / joint stock company for the sake of a project that may not go is absurdity
3. There is a desire to patent the product somehow or something else - in short, to secure your rights. And also to secure the rights of us as a group of developers.
3.1 In the Russian market, due to the unstable political situation, we do not want to do this.
3.2 Are there any legal forms in Europe so that we can register the software there and open some kind of OJSC analogue there, which would be easy to liquidate if the product is not accepted by the market?
In short: you need to be able to sell a product and you need to secure the rights of a group of people.

2. Open IP

Opening an IP costs almost nothing.
In the European market our patents are not patents, in ours they are. If you are going to patent something, then you need to do both in ours and in theirs.
Having created a product, you are already its copyright holders simply by the fact of creation. Selling a product on an industrial scale is impossible without creating a legal entity, otherwise ten years of executions.

> Opening an IP costs almost nothing.
The only problem is that there are several developers and for the most part we are counting on European markets.
> If you are going to patent something, then you need to do both in ours and in theirs.
What does the patent procedure look like? Is it possible to issue a patent for a group of people without creating a company or something like that? What happens if you patent in Europe, but do not patent with us? What does a patent provide?
> Having created a product, you are already its copyright holders simply by the fact of creation.
The problem is that there are several developers and you need to somehow fix the share of each in the project, otherwise then you will prove who did what.

1. Physicists cannot engage in entrepreneurial activities. It is illegal.
2. It's absurd to say that it's absurd. See above - selling Po is a business activity. For it, you need to register an individual entrepreneur or a company.
3. Right.
3.1. The phrase is like nonsense. What is the relationship between patenting and political instability? It's like "I don't want to barbecue because this year's grain crop failure."
3.2. Yes, but judging by the terms that you use (JSC), you will never cope with foreign systems, everything is more complicated there than in Russia.
P.S. A product is patented in each country separately. That is, a standard algorithm - you patent in Russia and at the same time start patenting through patent attorneys in other countries. Everything can very easily take years. A group of physicists in shares can secure their rights.

You can't even start developing a product without knowing whether the market will accept it or not. In 99.99999%, this leads to complete failure and loss of time. Lean, MVP, and other approaches help determine whether or not to spend resources on a project even before the start of development.

Regarding the sale of software - there are special platforms that allow private traders to sell their products. I don’t really know if it’s possible to sell one product from a group of people there, it’s necessary to look at the conditions of specific sites.

Advantages in court when challenging copyrights.

It is very difficult to obtain a patent for software in the EU, even registering a utility model for software is not an easy task.
It is cheapest to register a joint-stock company in the Baltic States or in Bulgaria and Romania. Can be sold as a physical person, but not all clients agree to deal with individuals. person (mainly due to VAT, and due to the procedure for paying bills - it is more difficult for an individual with invoices and etc.).
