How to organize RDP over Tor via hiddenservice?

Unable to implement HiddenService Tor on RDP protocol.

The procedure is the following.
I downloaded tor on a clean Windows server, registered it in torrc.

HiddenServiceDir C:\hs
HiddenServicePort 80 127.0.0.1:3389

I launch Tor, a huge *.onion address is created for me.

Next, in the client I prescribe socks5 Tor proxy, (127.0.0.1:9050) and they definitely work.

But the connection is not happening. Do not understand why. Tell me please?

I go to 2ip.ru -> check ports, port 80 is closed.

Tried on Yandex.Cloud and AWS = 0

And if not the 80th, but the 3389th to prescribe? And yes, no 80th port will show you on 2ip. Your RDP is only visible at this big *.onion address. That is, the essence is this, in the client you enable the connection through the tor proxy, and as the address here is that_long_address.onion
