How to organize personal pages of teachers with post-moderation?

It is necessary to track the published content and, after moderation, post, in fact, personal pages (sites) for each specific teacher. Maybe someone came across ready-made solutions, or advise which way to look and what to look for for implementation. It is not tied to any cms, it will be on a separate domain.

Looks like CMS Wagtail for Django should be fine. Not that it's the only one, it's just my favorite CMS and framework.
