How to organize passive income from your own website?
Interested in the types of sites for organizing passive income. The only thing that comes to mind is a bulletin board. What do you advise?

If you do not take into account online stores, then any site that brings at least some decent "passive" money is the result of many years of work on promotion, content and support.
I am surprised by such a widespread opinion that it is enough to create a website, put ad blocks on it and the money will flow. Or rather, they will definitely flow. For hosting, domain, for content... "Do It Yourself" certainly reduces the cost, but the time spent on it...
The bulletin board is good in theory. In practice, this is the fight against spam and moderation. Least.
Blog is great. This is a constant work with content, design, SMM, etc.
Just understand that there will be no freebies. Not in any subject, not with any site.
What site is it?
Are there always large crowds of people hanging out there? Social network, thematic forum???
Blog with interesting articles?
Or there is no site at all and you ask how to earn money?
I have an ad board made from scratch, high quality (by code) - www.adverts.ru
ads can be paid (raised to the top) + for placement in some categories I charge
exhaust = zero
Online Auction. There is a lot of work on the creation, but the payback is 1000%
Best of all, as far as I understand, the chances of some unique sites. If you come up with something that no one has done yet, and what people need, and you do it with high quality, there will be income.
