How to organize free Internet access via Wi-Fi in a cafe?

There is a cafe with unlimited internet. There is a D-Link Dir-320.
I would like to make free Internet access for visitors, but with the following restrictions:
1. Limit the range of the wireless network (only the territory of the cafe)
2. When connecting to the network, a person should open some kind of start page (for example, the site of the same cafe), and then he is free to go wherever he wants.

Checks in restaurants are usually given at the very end of the feast =) This was only relevant for McDucks when they put a combination lock on the toilets.
But the situation when, if you need an Internet, ask the waiter for the password to access - this is normal. As for the start page, you can select some thread of the old system unit and put a monowall with a captive portal there, and leave the router purely as an access point.

As for the codes, in the Czech Republic in a restaurant I observed the following:
you ask the waiter for the WI-FI code, and he prints out a unique cash register for 30 minutes.

Why be perverted? Everyone knows that you can get the wifi password by asking the waiter. Any deviations from the generally accepted protocol (home pages, passwords on an intranet site, single checks) are hemorrhoids for the provider and for the consumer.

You can make a one-time password for a day, glue an advertisement on a cafe thread on each table.
