How to organize electronic document management?
We are considering the possibility of switching to electronic document management in the company. We had a presentation of several products, but they provide services on their servers.
Our company has developed a small software package (accounting, personnel ..), so we are interested in installing it on our servers with the possibility of further integration with our product and database. I ’ll clarify: full integration is not necessary, it’s enough to add code for data exchange between the database, maybe based on api or eksemelek ..
I myself have never encountered this, so I don’t even know which way to dig.
Writing from scratch is not an option, because. Lots of nuances and takes a lot of time.
Wishlist:
- complete transition from paper to electronic document management
- distribution of user rights
- a high level of protection
- a digital signature or something like that
- a system of fines and rewards
- control and tracking of signatories (for example, a document is not signed within three days - the system automatically issues a fine)
- a history of all actions
- typical templates
Language? php, java.
As a last resort, python will do. But the priority is still for php, because. javaists are busy now.
Didn't say: it should be a server system =)
We are considering both paid and free options.
Can anyone come across, advise something?

In the companies in which he worked, they mainly used Kontur.

Our company recommends and implements the Directum electronic document management system at enterprises. I personally work in a slightly different direction, but judging by the feedback from my colleagues, they like the system (that's why they recommend it), including due to integration with the website. I haven’t come across it myself, but it’s cursory for me that all these document management systems are kind of slow.
