How to organize drag'n'drop in Angular.js?

Hello! I am a complete newbie in Angular .
I don't understand how to properly organize drag and drop.
We have two lists:

• The first list with parameters, elements should not disappear from it.
  
• The second list is the added parameters from the first, they can be repeated
  

All this should work in the model, so that you can then edit and / or write to json.
I found a kind of good Sortable library , but I don’t understand how to use it in Angular.
Is there a detailed manual? I will be grateful for any help.
