How to organize control of three objects (engines) via USB?

And one more thing: you can’t use microcontrollers (simple microcircuits are possible).
Thank you in advance.

Take a Raspberry Pi and connect engines to it. Here's a computer with engines

There are two options: either you did not understand the teacher, or you offended him.
Without a USB-I2C converter, nothing will work, and making one from discrete logic is no less a red diploma topic. You need at least what Cyril offers , but it's better to take a regular MK

Interesting, but you can’t just take a hub for 3 ports and control devices stupidly via USB)))
