How to organize centralized monitoring of a Windows PC over a network?

There was a task - to monitor the performance of one and a half dozen PCs.
Initial data:
a) All PCs are controlled by Windows 7 Pro / Windows 10 Pro
b) All PCs are on the same network
c) There is no Internet access.
d) There is no domain. Simple peer-to-peer network.
Goal:
We need daily, and ideally - weekly statistics on the average, maximum and minimum load on each PC:
a) Processor, preferably by cores
b) LAN (in / out traffic)
d) Disk
e) Disk queues.
Data, ideally, should be collected centrally, through the network and see graphs for each PC. Those. you need some analogue of Zabbix for Windows. The simpler, the better. If it is Russified - generally ideal.

Zabbix agent works under Windows, take it.
Raise some Ubuntu on a virtual machine if you do not want to allocate a server.
