How to organize automation in a mobile browser?

Actually, I asked a similar question, but I’ll ask it again.

I saw something like that I wrote an application in java with a webview inside which opens the site and poke the links it needs
From time to time I look for a way to implement it, but I can’t find it

. And most importantly, the application is built in apk and downloaded to android, it starts right there and works on the phone (without any participation of the PC)
selendroid, appium seems to be without a PC - useless.

And yet, there types use a server for tests without a usb cord - this option does not suit you, you need complete autonomy

If anyone knows a way to implement this - let me know, I will be very grateful (links, articles, sources, etc. are always welcome)
