How to organize automatic printing of all incoming e-mail?

In order to automate printing to a remote printer, I want to use a scheme with sending pdf to e-mail, which will be regularly checked by a certain program and print attachments from all incoming letters.

So far, I have only come across a scheme using Dropbox and a third-party program that forwards e-mail to a dropbox folder, which is monitored by a third program (vbs script).
Perhaps there is an alternative, and the desired result can be achieved using one program, and not three?

The platform is Windows XP. There are 3 printers, so you need to be able to choose when submitting a job.

Has anyone encountered something similar?

As a last resort, MS Outlook should be able to do this - the rules have the Print action.

Useless advice, but a similar program that meets all your requirements is quite simple to write yourself or order from a freelancer (the price will not bite). And it will already be possible to add any rules, any functionality to it.
