Good afternoon, there is a peer-to-peer network, Mikrotik distributes dns 8.8.8.8 to all computers, content filtering should be installed on certain computers, it was decided to assign dns from skydns. how to make automatic issuance of different dns through mikrotik!!!

By DHCP, issue DNS 8.8.8.8 to everyone, but for computers on the list, requests going to port 53 should be turned with NAT'om on skydns.
