How to organize automatic generation of posts for social networks?

There is the following need:
From a Google spreadsheet with text data and links to photos, create outstanding posts and upload them immediately to all accounts in social networks (first of all, Instagram is of interest, then Facebook and VK, it’s nice to be able to post on Odnoklassniki).

There are services for delayed auto-posting, but you still need to manually prepare posts (smmplanner for example). Of course, it was the best decision not to create the bike again, but to find the right / right services that have such functionality.

However, I would also like to consider the potential possibility of developing such a posting mechanism, in case there are still no such services. That is, how laborious it will be and whether there will be big problems to develop such a posting mechanism (of course, stability in work is needed).
