Greetings. There is Bitrix 24. It has a business process, essentially an infoblock.
I want to export the elements of this infoblock to the site in Bitrix CMS.
Can you tell me how to implement?

I think the best option for you is to use "multi-site" and make a site right on Bitrix 24 itself.
Then you don't have to do anything at all.

Hang on the events of adding / deleting / editing elements of the infoblock export to the second site. You can at least just send json to the second site, and process it there
