How to organize access to local sites via WiFi?

There is a Mac OS 10.9 system, the MAMP package (Apache, MySql, PHP) is installed on it, tell me how you can configure it to work over a local network, i.e. so that I can access a site physically located on my computer from a tablet or phone that is on the same network and test its operation. Is it real?

And what is the problem of access by ip-address? Find out what your Mac's IP address is, whitelist your firewall, and off you go.
