How to organize a VPN on Mikrotik with access to the local network of a client with Windows 7?
Situation:
My wife and I are going on vacation. It is necessary to create a VPN tunnel with the wife's work computer and provide access to the local network of her work.
Features:
1) On the side of the wife, nothing can be changed in the infrastructure (the management is against me getting into their equipment, but VPN on my wife's PC is not against it). There is only full access to the wife's working PC.
2) Mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD is at home. Bought a white IP address from an ISP.
3) My wife's work PC is running Windows 7 Home Edition.
4) I would like to at least fence crutches on my wife's PC, so as not to anger the management once again.
Scheme:
Home network: 192.168.88.0\24
VPN network: 172.30.0.1-172.30.0.10
Work network: 192.168.0.0\24
What I have already tried:
An OpenVPN server was raised on Mikrotik. Certificates were generated for the server (Mikrotik) and 2 clients (a vacation laptop and a working PC). A working PC connects to Mikrotik via a white IP, clients inside the OpenVPN network communicate without problems, but I just can’t figure out how to get from my home network or VPN network not only to my working computer, but also beyond it?
I am not very familiar with Mikrotik, I set it up more according to manuals on the Internet.

Are you hacking a bank?
What is the problem with accessing the network from the computer on which the client is installed?
If you need to remotely access computers on the network where the client is located, you need to make a router out of the client and configure routing.
Is the management against the accountant accruing salaries to employees without any problems? New series "Bees vs. Honey"? I would RDP directly to the accountant's machine. Fast, minimum delay, management is aware that no other modifications have been made. Everyone is happy.
