There is a task:
Server with OS Windows Server 2008/2012
Number of IP addresses - 10
Internet channel:
Local traffic (there is a list of IPs) - unlimited
External traffic - 20 GB / month
I need to distribute traffic so that if the calculated external traffic is an IP address exceeds 2Gb / month, then for this IP access to the external "Internet" is closed and local traffic is not limited.
Question: How to organize such a task? What software can be used to implement?
