How to organize a stream on Youtube from a JVC EverioR camera via Android?

There is a JVC Everio GZ-RX615 camcorder and an Android smartphone.
I would like to broadcast live on Youtube.
Question: What is the best program to do this?
I tried to search in Google and Yandex, but so far without success.
There are three apps from JVC on GooglePlay, but none of them fit:

  • Everio sync 3 - connects to the camera via wifi, shows a picture, writes files to the phone's memory card, but cannot broadcast to the outside world
  • Wireless sync - immediately wrote that the camera is not available
  • CAM Control - tries to connect to the camera by URL (it's not clear what to enter)

If there is no such program for Android, are there alternatives for Windows and Linux?

Perhaps a similar approach would work.
Or take termux on Android, connect via wifi and catch rtsp url, which can already be relayed using VLC for example.
But if it's really "it's not clear what to enter", then I have more news for you.
Here in this video we figured out how to connect to Xiaomi.
It may well be that the manufacturer fenced off the reverse streaming from the camera, because. it might not be safe for her. So do it at your own risk.
