How to organize a server 1c and SQL?

Hello everyone
There is a server:
Intel Xeon E5-2690v4 Processor * 2
128 GB RAM
SSD 100 GB * 2
SAS 2 TB * 4
There is a task:
Organize server 1s work on it. Now there are up to 30 users, but they plan to increase it to 100.
What do you think is more profitable:
1) on the Hyperv-server host machine. on virtual 1s and sql?
2) on the MS Server 2012R2 host machine and on it already server 1c and sql?
I would smash it into virtual ones _)) But now many people say that you can put both 1c and sql on 1 machine and everything will be fine and faster by 30 percent or more _))

Set it to physical, make shared memory, limit ms sql by memory and everything will be fine)

Only virtual machines. There is one role per machine. And the second is the same server for failover. There will be no performance loss.
Of course, like Neanderthals, you can put everything on one, but then don’t write here questions about what to do if, after the next update of any system, EVERYTHING collapsed. And you will need to lift and adjust them all overnight.

On virtual machines - it is more convenient to maintain.
The difference with iron in performance is 5%, that is, you won’t even notice it.
But in case of failure, raising a virtual machine from a backup (if you have one) is a matter of minutes, in any way it is in no way comparable with many hours of software setup on hardware.
