How to organize a reliable (non-breaking tcp session) communication channel at home?

How to organize a reliable (non-breaking tcp session) communication channel at home?
Task: There is an application (yes, yes, this is a game) that requires a constant Internet connection.
The problem is that in our area all providers work using the PPPoE protocol and, accordingly, break the session after a certain time. Well, they have their own systematic problems.
It is possible to have two different providers in the house.
The idea is to choose a reliable vps, raise vpn on it
. Advise a vps provider with reliable communication channels in the territory of the Russian Federation.
You also need advice on choosing a router with balancing for 2 PPPoE providers and with a built-in vpn client
There is a Mikrotik RouterBOARD 750 - I haven’t checked two or more providers for lack of a second provider at the moment, so I don’t know yet how reliable it is.
Or are there any other solutions, or ready-made specialized services?

Another option: VPS / VDS somewhere. At the same time, two tunnels to it (OpenVPN, PPTP, any one will do) - through different providers. When one link goes down, you need to quickly switch the default route to another tunnel. Organize NAT on VPS/VDS.
In this case, the TCP session between the PC and the server on the Internet will survive, although there will be a lag for the route switching time + the TCP packet resending time.
