How to organize a payment terminal at school?

There is a desire to install a terminal at the school through which parents can pay for various educational services and lost passes / keys.
The money must be deposited into the school's Sberbank account.
Buying the terminal itself is not a problem, but what to do with software and payment systems? How to organize such a payment scheme?

I think it makes sense for the school management to contact a payment system agent like Qiwi in your region / district and try to negotiate with him both about installing your own terminal and introducing payment for your services through the system. If he is interested, they will do everything themselves.

As an option: if you don’t want to deal with paperwork, but are going to provide convenience for your students, and there is a bank branch nearby, then equip the terminal with a regular printer and software for printing bank receipts with your details and (preferably) a barcode for reading through the Sberbank terminal (in the case of a barcode, you may need to negotiate with Sberbank so that it enters your account into its database of terminals, but this is already consulted with them). In this case, the payer makes a payment receipt for himself in your terminal, then goes with the money to Sberbank and there, through their terminal or the cashier-operator, makes payment according to the issued receipt.

The check is already issued by the terminal, so you can use at least a notebook with a pen, even excel. But the main problem in your case is that when paying through the terminal, other amounts will arrive on the account, since banks take their “percentage” from transactions.

Great barcode idea, thanks! Now all services are paid for using a receipt through an operator, fortunately, there are ready-made receipts for each payment, but this is not convenient. It will be more convenient with a barcode, but all the same, going to the savings bank is stressful for a normal person.

There are a lot of small grid operators who assemble their hardware terminals, take someone else's software (kiwi, pskb, etc.) and then make almost any decisions on these crafts. Which can be both “boxed” (as you actually need) and ordinary installation ones (rent 1kvm and an outlet).
Of course, I won’t tell you anything according to Moscow time, but in St. Petersburg I would easily send you contacts))
