Comrades, there is a task to somehow speak from your SIM card to a PC through comfortable headphones and so that you can conveniently copy phone numbers with a

PC and headphones, but then ..)) I'm not at all strong in this matter, I looked at ip telephony, there it seems how a paid provider is connected, a program is installed and that’s it, but there’s no way to use your phone number

while we don’t have it but haven’t bought it yet, maybe there is some kind of solution acceptable on android or ... tell me at least in theory how to be? Thank you!
