How to organize a local WAMP server for one site?

The customer wants to sell copies of the site for searching in the database in the absence of the Internet. The site requires Apache, MySQL and PHP. I understand that I will have to do some kind of installation, as well as a program to run a local web server, but for now I'm thinking about how to make the necessary configuration.
Are there any minimal builds with ready-made settings or will I have to pick out what I need from Denwer or Open Server?
