How to organize a function call offline at a specific time?

Hello. There is a web application written in vue.js. Database, hosting, authorization service is used from firebase. I ran into the problem that it is necessary to execute the function at a certain time, and without loading the page at that moment, i.e. offline, when none of the users have the application open. I didn’t find any information on the network (maybe I didn’t google it, it would also be nice to know how this type of function is called correctly)
