In my application I use a database (I am studying this topic). I know that for desktop programs it is better to use files to store data, but I'm interested in the issue with the database. Is it possible? How then and in what ways? Thanks in advance.

Especially for this, there is SQLite - this is both a database and a database in one file in any convenient place. Works even on mobile.
