How to organize a "crutch screensharing"?
There is a corporate internal conference call using the SIP protocol. Installed program Linphone. Screen sharing (screen sharing) was required, but I did not find such functionality in Linphone. There is no option to organize video conferencing through other software (openmeetings or bigbluebutton), because it will take a lot of time (bureaucracy), and the confcall is on the nose. There is a laptop with Windows, you can install Windows software. Question - is there a crutch that creates a "virtual webcam" and broadcasts a picture from the screen there?

There is a crutch solution - capturing the screen via FFMPEG and sending it to a deployed openmcu-ru server somewhere, which will wrap it in the SIP protocol. You won't find a better one - ask for details.
"The right decision" - Finally buy a normal codec like Cisco-SX20
