How to organize a competent connection of individual Bootstrap 4 components (so as not to pull up the unnecessary)?

I tried to connect the separate bootstrap 4.0.0 alpha components I found through galp and sass: the files are pulled up, along with the popper (needed for the drop-down menu), but it does not work.
A simple connection via CDN works everything you need.
I am also interested in the topic of backup pulling up files if they are not pulled up via CDN (I read something on the topic, but maybe you can tell / show something more sensible).
And finally: if there are tips (link to good tips) for competent work with Bootstrap, it would be cool.

The most advice for you is to move away from bootstrap thinking, the era of grid will come very soon and in order not to goggle your eyes later with questions like how? For what and why? Get to know it now in full.
The bootstrap grid has one significant disadvantage - you are always limited to twelve col columns in the row row, on the contrary, grid gives you complete freedom of action, even though 1920 columns are 1px per image, the row will be limited only by the viewport resolution of a particular device
And as for bootstrap components - is your soul calm for pieces of borrowed code? Even if it was written by a rather intelligent group of third-party developers - anyway, the key in all this is third-party) Kaifa - then you get it. And then, the slider and nk only they have a rather small-scale and not only it, at the first need to deviate from the prescribed css declaration to a specific component / element - you experience the restriction dictated by the same declaration. If you want components - make your own library of anything: buttons / customized radio, range, checkbox, select and so on from small to more or less large independent units
