How to organize a business on the site?

The site sells all sorts of wrappers and statuses. How to organize it correctly? I know that you must first choose a payment aggregator. But the site is popular in all CIS Russian-speaking countries. That is, payments will need to be accepted at least by Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan. Then you need to withdraw money from the aggregator somewhere. They often ask for a legal entity. And where can I open it? On what terms?

In which country? Looked competitors. Who is in Cyprus, who is in the BVI, others are in Georgia in general ... That is, take the conditional aggregator KhzPay - can you withdraw money from it to the islands? ... Bank accounts for the BVI can seem to be opened anywhere, but almost nowhere will open. And then what?

Nologs to carve where? It's like tax residency. Where you live 180+ days, there is flesh. That is, you live in the Russian Federation - the flesh in the Russian Federation is income + social security + something-there. Moved to Ukraine, and what, according to the new flesh? What about currency control? There are no rubles on the islands. How can I withdraw money from an ATM? From what card? How will the money appear on the card?.. What about commissions? For water, for withdrawal, for payment. Conversions, service. Accounting ...

Something I'm generally confused. Help me please.

for 50.000 USD per year - if you are from Russia:
To start - up to 2.4 million rubles / year - become self-employed and pay 4-6% tax, if your income is more, apply for an individual entrepreneur and pay 6% tax.
Accept money through Yandex checkout and Paypal
Why do you need a company abroad?
6% of 50.000 USD = 3000 USD/year - infrastructure for a company abroad also needs regular administrative expenses + add start-up costs to arrange it all - and it turns out that with such an income it will hardly be profitable. And do not forget about paying offshore taxes and personal income tax.
Any legal entity in any country - if you withdraw dividends to Russia, you are required to pay 13% personal income tax, and also read about the CFC law
