Hello, the question is not simple, I started trying different plugins for wp, until I figured out how to do it, I need to make a base for a football school. With a general list of children, name of the coach and administrator, which is divided into 15 branches. And each branch into 3 groups (3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-10). So that the child’s birthday, so that a notification pops up a week in advance. I would also like to add subscriptions. Our standard is 8 workouts for 5000 rubles. So that we enter the amount, and the program automatically posts them on a calendar. Well, in general, it would be great if, by the time the subscription ended, there was also a notification for a week.
I understand I want a lot, but is it really possible to do this through wordpress plugins or some other ready-made system for schools?

There are definitely no ready-made plugins, there are more or less similar ones, but EVERYWHERE needs to be finished, judging by your text, you swim in this, so there is only one way out - to hire a specialist.
And already the specialist will decide - either finish or write a plugin from scratch.
I would write from scratch.
The method - to conduct a survey on the Toaster and then, under this survey, force the specialist to cut something unimaginable proposed by the collective mind of the Toaster - is catastrophically doomed.
