How to organize a backup of local network files?

The organization has a local area network of approximately 120 computers. It is necessary to make sure that files are backed up from them to a separate computer at some intervals, on which, most likely, win 10 will be installed. Please advise articles where it is intelligibly written how to do this and what software to install / buy for this . I am an IT specialist, but not an admin, I have only a superficial idea about local networks, although I enter quickly.
What should be the characteristics of a computer that will be bought for this case? Content filtering will also be carried out through it, there are such minimum requirements:
Intel® Core™ i3 3240 Processor 2-Cores, 3.40GHz, 500 Gb SATA hard drive, 8 GB RAM
How reckless of me would it be to use the same computer for my daily work? I'm not going to load it heavily with my affairs, I mainly need a notepad and sometimes office programs. Well, maybe a couple of programs for monitoring the network.

The backup should be on a machine that the virus cannot reach and be made so that the virus cannot eat through it. In this case, the only safe way would be to collapse archives on client cars, encrypt and transfer them to a storage point using protocols other than SMB (because Vasya/Petya/NePetya also know about them)
. under lock and key in front of the administrator, so that no one would approach him. Of course, there should not be Windows.
All attempts to cross a grass snake with a hedgehog, that is, convenience with safety, usually turn out badly. You better think about a major rebuild - because no one ever backs up client cars - in such cases, they allocate a server, rummage it over the network and backup the server.

You always need to dance on how physically and legally the file storage is organized.
If, ideally, there is a file server, then it is enough to backup only the data on it.
If there is an AD with mixed profiles, then there are some troubles.
If you need to back up so many computers one by one, then this is usually a hemorrhoid and this is rarely done.
In general, you need specific data on the network in order to understand how it lives there and what and where you need to back up

It will be difficult to work with this computer, because. the disc will be recorded.
You can make two options:
1. All backups on one PC,
2. PC collects data from computers.
Everything can be done via smb.
BUT here already implementation depends on a network. How and on what it is built, whether or not there is a domain.

As for me, there are 2 obvious options:
1. Preferred. It seems that for 120 computers with Windows systems you have AD (Active Directory).
In AD, "roaming profiles" of users are configured for storage on the server.
As well as network balls where everyone writes their files.
These folders are archived. Users are warned that they are not responsible for other places! Or maybe periodically clean user computers so that they don’t relax.
2. Akronis makes a scheduled backup to the same disk but to its own area or somewhere on the network. Or some folders also over the network. This will help against viruses, but not from hardware failures (screws).
In any case, it seems that your backup machine with a 500GB screw is not enough! Ideally, this should be the same server as the first one, and maybe even buy a shelf with disks.
