a little off topic, but for half a year I have been looking for a decent service where you can buy a virtual bank card of an issuing bank from the United States for a domestic MasterCard. tried through entropay.com, but due to frequent fraud with the withdrawal of dough from stolen card data through them, everything is too strict with them (except for a passport and a scan of their card on both sides, they ask for another utility bill, which has my name and address and I don't have those accounts.
the only purpose is to buy music on iTunes and pay for Spotify. they only accept cards from the country indicated in the personal data, and they do not work in Russia. so I don't really need the plastic itself :)
