How to optimize the site in this case?

Good afternoon, there is such a problem. There is a site and its weight is about 10mb. GTmetrix considers this a lot, and loads, for example, from a phone to wi fi in 5 seconds, from 3g 8-9 seconds (full download). How can I reduce the size of the site after all such a size and for many pictures. The site has a lot of pictures, I can't do without them. All of them are optimized and Googlepagespeed is in the green zone, but it asks to reduce the server response time. That is, everything is fine with optimization, but the speed is not enough, tell me please, because I'm sure that by reducing the page size I will increase the download speed

1. Scripts
2. Pictures are not optimized. Squeeze it .

Can I have a link to the site? I'm sure you haven't fully optimized the images, something is too much weight. Here is an antics service without losing quality as optimizilla.com (although it hasn’t opened for me without vpn in recent days, probably thanks to Roskomnadzor).
The second solution could be to combine your images into sprites (although this will not reduce the page size, it can speed up loading).
And the last thing is to get rid of some of the images or split a large page into several smaller ones.
Oh yes, you can still load part of the page through ajax (as an extreme option).
