How to optimize the loading of an Angular.js application?

Good day, dear colleagues and brothers in arms!
Created an application in Angular.
The problem is that the app takes a long time to open. In devtools, it shows the size as much as 4 megabytes, and even with my speed (2 mb / sec is the best available speed in our region), the site opens exactly 2 minutes.
Please help what optimization methods exist? What components to use, how to minify the project automatically?
I would be grateful for step by step instructions as this is my first work on AngularJS.
