How to optimize music files for Android?

I had such a problem: I'm more than satisfied with the players in Android that comes originally in the kit (Android 4.0.4 Galaxy Nexus). But this rogue incorrectly displays the metadata of some Cyrillic files. It's clearly a coding problem.
To interrupt everything by hand for a very long time. Is there a way to optimize this process?

PS I would like the process optimization process to be no more time consuming than the original task. Tobish, I know that you can write a script yourself that will do this, but are there any faster and more reliable solutions?

You can try using ID3Fixer on the phone itself, select encoding 1251, select songs and click Fix It.
