How to optimize ionic app (android)?

Hello.
Faced a problem.
I'm making a hybrid application (ionic), compiled, it works fine. (hybrid - because the customer wants it)
But it happens that this application survives the CPU under 40 percent, and the RAM under 70 MB.
Is this a feature of the framework, or what?
When I wrote native applications in java, I didn’t encounter this, it wasn’t such that the application was wildly consuming the CPU.

What does the application itself do? What plugins does it use? Maybe you calculate the factorial of a hundred-thousandth there, and even cache it :)
