How to optimize Bitrix internal traffic statistics?

Hello. There is a project on Bitrix with attendance of 15k people per day, I accepted the project from other developers.
Now managers use the internal statistics of Bitrix, the database with it already takes up quite a few gigabytes, and requests to it take a lot of time, and they can even put the site down, although the site is spinning on a separate server. The performance monitor shows a very small value of 8-10 at various times. Is it possible to somehow optimize the statistics module and speed up queries to it? Previously, the tables were in MyISAM, they were recently transferred to the InnoDB engine, as I found in the tips on the Bitrix website, but it seems to work slower, on the contrary.

my personal opinion is that Bitrix statistics (as you already understood) is a rather difficult thing. I would cut out the collection of statistics on a project with your attendance, and switch to GA and Yandex.metrics.
you just need to pay attention, if you have work with the functionality of banners and advertising campaigns, then this business is connected with itrix analytics.

The best web analytics optimization in Bitrix is to remove this module.
Collect statistics by external services like Yandex.metrics and google analytics.
